Flagged items are also highlighted in red directly in the editor.

Fix Formatting: cleans up spacing (removes empty paragraphs, leading/trailing spaces, double spaces, guarantees consistent spacing between paragraphs), fixes hidden spaces inside anchor text (a common AI-generated-content artifact), and checks for three issues that don't get auto-fixed but get flagged in a popup with the offending spot highlighted in red directly in the editor: heading levels that skip (e.g. H2 straight to H4), links with an empty or placeholder href, and a mix of straight and curly quotes in the same document.
Capitalize Headings: follows APA Style. It's primarily for English but should work also in German, Spanish, French and Italian (still better to double-check to avoid mistakes).
Repetition Checker: highlights in orange words repeated within 130 characters and in light blue those repeated between 131 and 300 characters.
Readability Tool: loosely based on Hemingway App (shares the same grades but other stats are slightly different). Everything equal or lower than 9 is considered "Easy to read". 10 is ok. From 11 up, it's too hard. Runs automatically every time you open it (including reopening), so hover/click highlighting always works right away — no need to click "Test Me" first unless you've edited the text and want to refresh the stats. For more info: HERE and HERE
Density Checker: calculates the top 20 words by density in your text, excluding common words and words shorter than 4 characters.
Meta T&D: type or paste your meta title and description — character-count feedback updates live so you can see whether you're within the usual safe limits.
Density Calculator: calculates the exact number or range of KW uses based on word count and density requirements. Insert the word count as a number or range (eg, 1300 or 1300-1500). Then, insert the density percentage (eg, 2%). Hit "Calculate" to get the result.
List to Column: transforms a list of words separated by commas into a vertical column list.
KW Extraction: transforms a list of keywords with numbers into two vertical columns separating keywords and number of uses. Supports several formats: "keyword: 51-86", "keyword: 51-86x", "keyword (51-86)", "keyword - use 1-3 times", "keyword - use once". Should work on similar formats but double-check.
Table of Contents: builds a clickable outline from the headings in your document. Click any entry to jump straight to it in the editor, with a brief highlight flash to help you spot it.
Translator: translates your text using your own Anthropic API key (set it up under API Keys first). Shows the translation alongside the original with hover-sync between the two, so you can see exactly which sentence maps to which.
Grammar Checker: checks your text for grammar issues using your own Anthropic API key, returned as a table of suggested fixes.
Plagiarism Scan: submits your text to Copyleaks (needs your own Copyleaks credentials, set up under API Keys) for a plagiarism scan, with an optional AI-content-detection check alongside it. "Scan settings" lets you adjust search sources (entire web, or include/exclude specific sites), whether to compare against Copyleaks' Shared Data Hub, which match types to catch (identical text, minor changes, or paraphrased content), and sensitivity — these persist between sessions. Results include a shareable report link.
Copy & open Gdoc: copies your content and opens a new Google Doc so you can paste it straight in.
Download as Word: generates a .docx file from your content, preserving headings, tables, links, bold/italic, and images.
Saved Texts: save the current editor content under a name, then load or delete it later. Saved locally in your browser.
API Keys: where you add your own Anthropic key (for Translator/Grammar Checker) and Copyleaks credentials (for Plagiarism Scan). Stored locally in your browser, never sent anywhere except directly to those services when you use the relevant tool.
Add Keywords: accepts one keyword per line.
Add Required Amount: accepts numbers (10), ranges (1-20 or 1 - 20), and percentages (5%). One per line, they correspond to the line of the "Add Keywords" section. If no data, default range is 1-100.
Analyze Keywords: activates the keyword analysis. Results in the table update only when this button is clicked. Clicking also calculates Stats shown in the relevant tab.
Exact Matches: returns the number of occurrences and density percentage of words exactly as inserted in the keyword area.
Partial Matches: returns the number of occurrences of words that have slight differences with the provided keyword, such as prefixes, suffixes and diacritics. (keyword = cafè; partial matches are "cafe", "cafès", "ecafè"). The density percentage shown includes the density of "Exact Matches".
